When DPM Perkola started in 2018, we were a handful of people with one van and a strong wish to do the job properly. Today many more crews head out to sites across South Tyrol every morning, and the number keeps growing. That means one simple thing: we are looking for people.

The roles we recruit most often are electricians with medium- and low-voltage experience, fibre splicers and network technicians, excavator and mini-excavator operators, and groundworkers for trenching and road reinstatement. We do not necessarily ask for years of experience. We ask for reliability, punctuality and the willingness to learn a trade that is mostly learned on site, next to people who have been doing it for a long time.

Anyone joining DPM Perkola finds a family-run company where decisions are made quickly and where good work is recognised. We provide all personal protective equipment, modern machinery and tools, and continuous training that includes the mandatory courses on safety, work at height and live electrical work.

Nearly all our work is in the province of Bolzano. That means sites you can reach within the day, small close-knit crews, and the chance to sleep at home: a detail that is far from obvious in our industry and one we care about.
